總有機(jī)碳(TOC)分析儀采用世界的雙波長紫外氧化技術(shù),精度高、靈敏度高。高性能CPU,觸摸屏智能化控制,具有離線分析和在線分析選配功能,配制外置式打印機(jī),人性化的設(shè)計(jì)理念,更換UV燈和泵管不用拆開機(jī)箱,操作簡單、方便,實(shí)現(xiàn)了分析儀器國產(chǎn)化。符合《中國藥典》2010版附錄 VIII R制藥用水中總有機(jī)碳測定法,滿足藥典對(duì)儀器的要求:①TOC=TC-TIC,②系統(tǒng)適用性試驗(yàn),③檢測靈敏度(等于或小于0.05mg/L)。
工作原理
樣品中的有機(jī)物在紫外線及二氧化鈦廣催化的作用下被氧化成二氧化碳,采用電導(dǎo)率檢測技術(shù)測定二氧化碳,通過電導(dǎo)率傳感器檢測經(jīng)氧化反應(yīng)器氧化后的樣品總碳與電導(dǎo)率傳感器檢測未經(jīng)氧化反應(yīng)器氧化的樣品總無機(jī)碳之差,獲得樣品中總有機(jī)碳含量(TOC=TC-TIC)。
應(yīng)用范圍
1. 該儀器可用于檢測制藥工業(yè)中純化水、注射用水和去離子水中有機(jī)碳的濃度;也可用于半導(dǎo)體行業(yè)中超純水TOC的檢測。
2. 在制藥領(lǐng)域和生物化學(xué)領(lǐng)域清潔驗(yàn)證過程中,可用于驗(yàn)證清潔效果。

工作原理
本儀器采用紫外氧化的原理,將樣品中的有機(jī)物氧化為二氧化碳,二氧化碳的測試采用的是直接電導(dǎo)率法,通過測試經(jīng)過氧化反應(yīng)的樣品的總碳含量和未經(jīng)過氧化反應(yīng)的樣品總無機(jī)碳的含量差值來測定總有機(jī)碳含量,即:總有機(jī)碳(TOC)=總碳(TC)-總無機(jī)碳(TIC)。
